Welcome to Caterpillar Class
Our topic this term is ‘All Aboard!’
We are going to be learning all about famous explorers such as Ranulph Fiennes, Amy Johnson, Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong. We will be thinking carefully about what it takes to be a great explorer and what challenges they may encounter on their adventures. The children will have the opportunity to make their own adventure boat and will even design their own flying machine!
Please check this page for updates and photo’s throughout the term.
We are so excited to have everyone back in school!

Our topic this term is ‘Back to our Roots’ and we are learning all about farming and growing.
This term we will be learning all about farming across the world. We will also be investigating how farming has changed over the last 300 years. Alongside this, we will be exploring how plants grow and what plants need to survive. When the weather gets a little warmer we will plant our own seeds and learn how to look after and care for our plants. We will also investigate where our food comes from and the importance of supporting local farmers.
